- Operate servers or services that are inconsistent with the intended casual/guest use (e.g., persistent peer-to-peer seeding, crypto-mining, hosting).
- Bypass or attempt to bypass security controls, filters, or usage limits.
Fair Use

- Indemnity: You agree to indemnify and hold the provider harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Service or violation of this Policy.
3) Logging & Monitoring
To maintain the security and integrity of the Service, we may log:

- Network security events: firewall blocks, intrusion detection alerts, and policy violations.
- Minimal identifiers (if applicable): email or phone number used during captive portal registration.
Content: We do not routinely inspect or store communications content. Automated systems may analyse traffic patterns to detect abuse or threats. Lawful authority requests may require disclosure.
Retention: Logs are retained for 90 days unless extended for security investigation, dispute resolution, or legal compliance. After this, data is deleted or anonymized.

5) User Responsibilities

- Log out and disconnect when finished.
- Report suspected abuse or security issues to Support IT NI.
